Delivery & Self Collection
What type of deliveries do we offer?
Same Day Delivery — available for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are delivered the next working day.
Scheduled Delivery — choose your preferred day and time; we will confirm your slot via WhatsApp.
Self-Collection — pick-up near Lorong Chuan MRT / Serangoon Gardens. The exact address and time slot are provided after order confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation for collection.
Do you provide free deliveries?
Yes, all deliveries are free for orders above $150.
For orders below $150, the delivery fee is $8.
Do you deliver island-wide across Singapore?
Yes, we deliver island-wide across Singapore.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer absence or incorrect address provided, a re-delivery fee $8 will apply.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of alcoholic products, returns are generally not accepted.
However, If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +65 8333 3583 or email:hello@liquorassets.net with clear supporting photographs of the item(s) and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Items must be unopened, with seals intact, in their original packaging. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
A re-delivery fee of $8 will apply for failed deliveries due to customer absence or an incorrect address.
