What type of deliveries do you offer?
We offer Same Day Delivery, Scheduled Delivery (your preferred day and time), and Self-Collection.
Do you provide free deliveries?
Yes, all deliveries are free for orders above $100 (after GST).
Do you deliver island-wide across Singapore?
Yes, we deliver island-wide across Singapore.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer absence or incorrect address provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Please tell me more about Same Day delivery?
Same Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.
This is our priority express service, ideal for urgent or last-minute requirements.
Is self-collection available and where is the pick-up location?
Yes, self-collection is available.
The pick-up location is near Lorong Chuan MRT / Serangoon Gardens area.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the exact address and time slot. Please bring your order confirmation/receipt for collection.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of alcoholic products, returns are generally not accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +65 8117 0026 with clear supporting photographs.
